General

Global Terminal Investment – Statia (GTI Statia) is a leading crude oil and refined petroleum storage terminal located in the Dutch municipality of Sint Eustatius, with offices in San Antonio, Texas. We benefit from deep water access capable of berthing VLCC and ULCC vessels and more than 14mm bbl of storage capacity. This site www.7-seas.cc is operated by GTI Statia and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“GTI Statia Affiliates”)

GTI Statia maintains this Site for your information, education and communication. Please read these terms of use (these “Terms”), along with the Internet Privacy and Security Statement, carefully before using the Site. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between GTI Statia and you, and your access to and use of this Site is subject to these Terms. We require that all the visitors to this Site adhere to these Terms. Your use of the Site signifies your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Site or the Materials.
 

LAWS AND REGULATIONS
User access to and use of the Site is subject to all applicable international, federal, state and local laws and regulations.

This Site is owned and operated by GTI Statia. GTI Statia or its licensors own all Materials, including any trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property copyrights therein. Nothing herein will be deemed to grant you any right, title, or interest in the Site or the Materials. You may not: (i) remove any trademarks, copyright notices, or any other notice contained in any Materials; (ii) reproduce, download, distribute, license, sell, rent, lease, adapt, create derivative works based upon, or publicly display the Materials; (iii) frame, mirror, or otherwise incorporate any portion of the Site or Materials into another website or location; (iv) disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer any of the Materials; (v) attempt to hack any portion of the Site, or to defeat or overcome any encryption technology or security measures implemented by us; (vi) interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers or networks connected to, or operated in connection with, the Materials; (vii) violate any applicable law; (viii) provide any inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information through or in connection to the Site; or (ix) post or submit any unlawful, infringing, offensive, threatening, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable material via the Site.

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall GTI Statia be liable for (i) any incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for business interruption, loss of business profits, loss of programs or loss of information) that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this Site, even if GTI Statia or a GTI Statia authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages; or (ii) any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in, or destructive properties of, the Site. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In no event shall GTI Statia’s total liability to you for claim or action arising from this Site (whether in contract, tort, including but not limited to, negligence, or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing this Site.  Because some states do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, GTI Statia’s liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
 

PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
You acknowledge and agree that by providing GTI Statia with any personal or proprietary user information through the Site, you consent to the transmission of such personal or proprietary user information over international borders as necessary for processing in accordance with GTI Statia’s standard business practices. GTI Statia handles personal information in accordance with its posted Internet Privacy and Security Statement.
 

CHANGES TO TERMS OF USE
GTI Statia reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time by posting a new version on the Site. By continuing to use the Site after a new version of these Terms has been posted, you consent to the changes and agree to comply with the then-posted version of these Terms.
 

VIOLATIONS OF TERMS OF USE
GTI Statia reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms, including the right to block access from a particular internet address to the Site.

GOVERNING LAW AND OTHER TERMS
You agree that these Terms shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, as it is applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within such state and applicable federal law without regard to conflict of laws principles.  The parties agree and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State or Federal Courts located in Bexar County, Texas to resolve any disputes arising under these Terms or in relation to the Site or Materials. If any provision of these Terms is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
