GTI Statia LLC, a leading terminal operator, is wholly-owned by Prostar Capital, an independent global investment company focused exclusively on midstream energy infrastructure and our registered office is at 8000 IH-10 West, San Antonio, TX 78230 (“GTI Statia”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Our Site is operated by GTI Statia LLC and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“GTI Statia Affiliates”). GTI Statia is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information.
This statement discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for our web site at: gtistatia.com (the “Site”) and how we handle information we learn about you from your visit to our Site. This Privacy and Security Statement should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use. Security Statement
We have put appropriate security measures in place to protect against the negligent or inadvertent loss, misuse and alteration of your personal information under our control. GTI Statia's networking systems include an industry standard firewall and systems that are both physically and logically protected (via secured locations and passwords).
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected data security breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected breach where we are legally required to do so.
